Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the ZINGO World Cup Predictor (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a free-to-play football prediction game tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026. You predict the final score of matches and pick one "ZINGO Zone" player per match (a player you expect to score or assist from minute 70 onwards). Points are awarded by the rules visible on the home page.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, any national football association, or any participating team.

3. Eligibility & age tiers

We collect your date of birth at sign-up and gate access by age:

By registering, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate. Providing a false date of birth is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being removed and any prize forfeited.

5. Predictions & lockouts

Predictions for each match lock 90 minutes before kick-off. After lockout, predictions cannot be modified. The locked predictions and their scoring are final once an admin recalculates points for that match.

6. Player of the Tournament (POTT)

Your tournament-wide POTT pick locks 90 minutes before the first scheduled match of the tournament. After lockout, it cannot be changed.

7. Leagues

Each user can create up to 3 mini-leagues and join any number using a valid invite code. League owners may delete their league at any time (this removes all members from that league). Members may leave a league at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, mascot, copy, and code are the property of ZINGO unless otherwise stated. Country flag images are served via flagcdn.com. Player names are used for identification only — no endorsement is implied.

10. Prizes — eligibility & conditions

Prize structure. Total prize pool: over €2,000 in value. Categories:

Free to enter. The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary. There is no paid entry, paid pool, stake, wager or betting mechanic. ZINGO World Cup Predictor is a free-to-enter football prediction game — it is not betting, gambling, a lottery, a raffle, or a paid prize draw.

Eligible prize countries. Prize eligibility is open to residents of the following countries only: Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France.

Age. Account creation requires age 16+. Prize award requires age 18+ for unconditional cash payment. Winners aged 16-17 require verifiable parent/guardian consent and may receive a non-cash equivalent prize at ZINGO's discretion (see section 3 for the full age-tier rules).

Global leaderboard, restricted prizes. The Service may allow users from other countries to take part on the global leaderboard, but prize eligibility is restricted to residents of the eligible prize countries listed above. Entries from outside the eligible prize countries are not eligible to win prizes, even if they appear on the leaderboard.

Void where prohibited. Participation is void where prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, or where the promotion would require a local licence, permit, registration, bonding, translation filing, tax withholding process or other approval.

Refusal & disqualification. ZINGO reserves the right to refuse entry, disqualify an entrant, or withhold a prize where awarding the prize would breach applicable law, promotion rules, sanctions rules, tax rules, delivery restrictions, platform rules or local restrictions. Multi-account or fraudulent activity (see section 4) is grounds for disqualification.

Proof of eligibility. All winners may be required to provide proof of age, identity, country of residence and eligibility before any prize is awarded.

FIFA-licensed merchandise. Most prizes include officially licensed FIFA World Cup 2026™ merchandise: the Zayu™ mascot trophy + a team jersey of the winner's choice + Ballers Assortment (Overall Winner); mascot + full Ballers Assortment (Runner-up, Knockout Finals Champion, ZINGO Zone winner); and the Ballers Series 1 Assortment (Group Stage Winner, Knockout R1 & R2 Winner). Jersey choice is from any participating team, subject to stock and standard adult sizes. While these items are genuine licensed FIFA merchandise, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA (see section 2). All licensed items are supplied subject to the manufacturer's terms; ZINGO is not the manufacturer. Item supply is subject to stock; ZINGO reserves the right to substitute an equivalent licensed item where stock is unavailable.

Provided "as is". The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or fitness for any purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZINGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@zingo.buzz. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
